SAPS Public Service Vacancy 2024 : Human Resource Utilization (Head Office)
LOCATION: Division: Human Resource Utilization (Head Office), Pretoria

Generic Requirements:
∙Applicants must display competency in the post-specific functions of the post
∙Be a South African Citizen
∙A Grade 10 qualification will serve as an advantage
∙Basic literacy, numeracy and communication skills required
∙Be able to read and write
∙Willing to work extended hours when necessary
∙Be fluent in at least two official languages, of which one must be English
∙Must have no previous criminal convictions or criminal cases pending
∙Must be able to render at least ten years of pensionable service, before reaching pensionable age of 65 (Public Service Act personnel)
Core Functions:
∙Maintain of a high level in and around the workplace assigned to which may include either of both inner and outer parameters
∙Perform tasks of a routine nature, such as dust the working environment
∙Polish furniture and floors
∙Vacuum carpets and mopping of tile floors
∙Remove refuse
∙Clean bathrooms and kitchens
∙Safekeeping and handling of variety of aids in the cleaning of the premises
GENERAL:
∙Only the official application form (available on the SAPS website and at SAPS recruitment offices) will be accepted. The Z83 previously utilized will no longer be accepted. All instructions on the application form must be adhered to, failure to do so may result in the rejection of the application.

∙Persons who retired from the Public Service by taking a severance package, early retirement or for medical reasons, as well as persons with previous convictions, are excluded.

*All educational qualifications obtained
∙The copies must be correctly certified on the copy itself, not at the back. The certification must not be older than three months.
∙If a candidate is short-listed, it can be expected of him/her to undergo a personal interview which may include a practical test or presentation.
∙Qualifications and drivers licences submitted will be subjected to verification checking with the relevant institutions. Reference checking will be conducted on all short listed applicants.
∙Application forms must be mailed in time, as late applications will not be accepted. No faxed or e-mailed applications will be accepted.
∙If you have not been contacted within three months after the closing date of the advertisement, please accept that your application was unsuccessful.
∙The South African Police Service is under no obligation to fill a post after the advertisement thereof.
