Sasol is one of the giant companies in South Africa and it is an international integrated company of chemical and energy. It has been existed since 1950. They have the skill development, technological research and development and capital projects. Every year, Sasol Learnerships are offered to gain more experience and share it with the youth South African and it is as the commitment to perform the government policy of National Skills Development Strategy to give the other communities to have same opportunities in joining the Sasol learnerships available and get a better career.
Every year, Sasol Learnerships are provided in some programs. Here are the programs of Sasol learnerships; Chemical Plant Operations, Fitting, Electrical operations, Boilermaking, Welding, Turning, Rigging and Instrumentation and Control. And these learnership programs can lead to the opportunities and carriers for Artisan, Senior Artisan, and Specialist Artisan to Master Artisan from the Technician, Technologist to Engineer. It is also available from Foreman and Area Manager to Operations/Maintenance Manager and from Learning Practitioner (LP), Principal LP and Learning Manager to the Senior Learning Manager.
Sasol Learnerships have the aims to provide more opportunities to the candidates as the target of Sasol’s Employment Equity. It is because only the high skilled professional and qualified applicants or candidates can join the learnership. So, they will be trained and learned more about passion, skills, knowledge, high desire, dedication, giving positive impacts to the other employees and for the company as well and more. It will be supervised by the expert, during the program.

In order you are qualified for these Sasol Learnerships, you should pass the minimum requirements. They are passed the Grade 12 of English, Grade 12 Physical Science HG/SG. It is not included with Science Literacy, Life Sciences, Natural Science, Functional Science and General Science. You need to pass the Grade 12 with Math HG/SG and it is not included with Additional Math, Commercial Maths, Maths Literacy, Applied Maths, and Functional Maths.
Or you can also have the minimum requirements for the Sasol Learnerships by N3 Certificate with Business English, Maths, Engineering Science and other two subjects. The total is 5 subjects. For other requirements, you should have good skill in communication, able to read, write and speak English and the further requirement and information is given when you apply. To apply the Sasol Learnerships, you should go to their website first, and then download the form. Remember and read about the notice in the form besides you should complete the form objectively. It is such the closed date, how to applied, where to send and other optional information. Forward or send the application after you have completed it before the closed date. Sending the application after the closed date or it is unsigned will not be accepted and you can try next year or when you have waited within 30 days and there is no reply, it means that the application is not successful.
