Our client needs an innovative senior back-end developer to join their fast-growing and dynamic digital team.
Are you hungry to explore the exciting world of digital development and technology? Are you thrilled at the thought of developing back-end systems, building CMSs, creating websites, digital interfaces and more? Are you able to collaborate with conceptual and design teams to translate thoughts and ideas into creative digital tools that inform, entertain and sell?

With eight+ years of experience in PHP/MySQL plus XHTML/HTML/CSS (PHP Frameworks an advantage) as well as a good working knowledge of web services, XML, JSON, complemented by an innovative, out-of-the-box approachproblem-solvingving, you could secure your place in our dynamic team.

Requirements

• Eight+ years of PHP and MySQL development experience
• Eight+ years of back-end system development
• Very strong in handling large XML data and JSON
• Ability to integrate into third party systems
• Ability to create and integrate with web services
• Ability to create and integrate with CMSs including Joomla, WordPress and/or Codeigniter

Advantageous

• Framework experience
• JavaScript development experience
• Linux
• Apache
• phpMyAdmin
• Github or similar repository system – basic understanding

Personal Skills/Attributes

• You are excited about what you do, and display an eagerness to learn new skills and come up with creative, clever solutions for our clients
• You have good interpersonal skills and are able to work with fellow developers, designers, other professionals, vendors, managers and clients
• You understand the importance of meeting deadlines and you are able to work within budgetary and time constraints
