MO Agency is looking for an experienced paid search and content marketing search superstar. As part of our search team, you will focus on increasing engagement, driving impressions, and maximising conversions for our clients.
You will join a team of digital and marketing specialists including developers, designers, content creators, videographers, and social media managers, injecting your expertise at developing and managing paid and content search strategies.
The candidate:

The candidate must be a competent paid search practitioner able to set up and run campaigns, track traffic, and optimise. Equally, the candidate must be adept at using content in various forms to build organic traffic. Finally, the candidate must be very familiar with Google Analytics and be able to present performance statistics and suggest data based campaign enhancements on a regular basis.
Requirements:

  • Current Google certifications – at the very least you need Adwords fundamentals. If you don’t have these don’t apply.
  • Good understanding of content driven search, paid search, Google display network, Google Analytics and tracking code implementation and testing.
  • Comfortable with all appropriate areas of technology and competent on specific software including Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, WordPress, Yoast SEO Plugin, Bing, Excel and appropriate SEO and social media tools.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and particularly strong on Excel.
  • Confidence to manage agency relationships with client services and drive increased performance.

The role:

  • Manage paid campaigns through Google across mobile, tablet and desktop.
  • Drive clients performance to increase ROI.
  • Build, optimise and report on paid campaigns using Google Adwords and Google Analytics on a daily basis.
  • Test and refine ad copy and creative content of landing pages for paid activity.
  • Work with written and visual (design and video) content creators to create enticing content.
  • Work with web developers to ensure tracking codes and events are correctly filtered into analytics.

Added advantage:

  • Knowledge and experience with programmatic buying platforms.
  • Hubspot certifications or experience with other marketing automation platforms.
