Job Context	Top security is seeking an I.R. officer Assist Human Resource Manager’s with conducting disciplinary enquiries, CCMA cases and grievances Maintain manual and electronic documentation, files and records of all disciplinary action against employees for the purpose of developing recommendation’s and/or supporting other staff Conduct investigations as it is related to employee issues Ensure adherence to all applicable laws Represent the interest of the company to employees and other stakeholders
Minimum Requirements	Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 National Diploma or Degree 3 – 5 yrs exp Excellent negotiation skills MUST COME FROM THE SECURITY INDUSTRY OR RETAIL
