Capabilities and Responsibilities:
As an agile coach, you will help shape what it means to work Agile at South32. You will enable individuals and teams to deliver projects and products using the Agile Philosophy, and keep a focus on our care strategy, in particular continuous improvement.
Competencies:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an agile coach
• Must have strong Stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience of Digital and Large scale agile transformation projects
• Previous experience of projects beyond software (ex: Agile in engineering, HR etc)
• In depth knowledge of Agile frameworks demonstrated by a proven track record of successful delivery
• Proven ability to manage resources, dependencies, scope, and risks using Agile. final implementation
• You are an influencer and build relationships quickly. You have worked successfully with diverse stakeholder groups
• Proven track record of working in an environment which works at pace
