South 32 2024 Job Vacancy Supervisor Maintenance Continuos Shifts

POSITION SYNOPSIS:
You will be responsible for leading a team of artisans comprising various maintenance disciplines, to ensure the effective execution of breakdown, unplanned and planned maintenance work.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Serious contenders will have N3 Technical Certificate and a valid Trade Test together with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in maintenance of which at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity;
• Valid Driver’s License is essential;
• SAP knowledge will be advantageous

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Maintain health, safety and housekeeping within the internal environment;
• Conduct investigations into workplace incidents; Participate in the planning, development,
• Implementation and review of Equipment Strategies
• Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of hydraulics, crushers, pumps, screens, conveyors and various plant equipment;
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medium / High Voltage networks; domestic appliances; industrial/commercial installations.
