There are two deadlines for portfolio submissions: 31 August 2026 and 9 October 2026. If you submit a
portfolio at a different time, we will keep it until these dates so that all the submissions can be evaluated
together. No earlier results will be given. Applicants who submit before the 31 August 2026 deadline
will be notified from 15 September 2026; those whose submit before 9 October 2026 will be notified
from 20 October 2026.

Applications for 2026 open on 1 March 2026 and close on 30 November 2026.
The Academy endeavours to respond in writing to each applicant within two weeks of receipt regarding
the outcome of his or her application. However, due to a high frequency of applications in certain
months, this period may vary. In certain circumstances the Academy may call upon applicants for an
interview.
