Stellenbosch University Engineering Winter Week 2-7 July 2024
Background
Every year, the University of Stellenbosch’s Engineering Faculty has a group of students organising the Engineering Winterweek. On this week, learners attending, will experience life as an Engineering Student at Stellenbosch University. They will see the faculty, have classes, visit companies and the various departments of the Engineering Faculty. We also strive to show learners as much as possible of Stellenbosch itself – a beautiful and fun town to receive one of the best Engineering Degrees in the Country. General information
The Winterweek attendance fee are corresponded to each learner accepted to Winterweek, ranging between R2000 and R2600. Please look at the Winterweek cancellation policy. Please note that the primary language of the Winterweek is English.
Cancellation policy
Learners cancelling within the specified cancellation period will receive the full amount payed; learners cancelling later than the specifed cancellation period but a week or more before the start of Winterweek, will receive 50% of the fee payed; learners cancelling within the week leading up to Winterweek will receive 25% of the fee payed. Should any cancellation, irrelevant of time period, be due to medical reasons, then upon receiving a medical certificate stating the reason for cancellation, the learner will received the full fee payed.
