Are you energetic, innovative, inspirational and crave achievement? We are looking for a store Manager, who is passionate about retail, is sales and target driven, has good business acumen and is committed to exceeding customer service, with at least three years of store management experience.
Key responsibility areas:
Promote and manage turnover. Ensure visual merchandising and housekeeping standards are maintained. Manage the store budget. Ensure administration and control procedures are adhered to. Manage all aspects related to staffing.
Requirements: In order to apply, you must have:
A strong customer service orientation. A flair for visual merchandise presentation. A strong administrative orientation. Proven experience in managing a team[s]. A keen interest in retail and sales/selling. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent leadership skills. Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Three years of store management experience is essential.
