Studio space available to rent for artist/creative in a heritage building outside Franschhoek town centre, with garden and mountain views. The studio is part of a professional working sculpture studio and the aim is to create a collective of creatives. Rent is R3 200 per space and includes water, elec, alarm, off street parking, shared kitchen and bathroom , garden etc. It is home to a sculpture studio but extra space has come available alongside the sculpture studio in the same building.
