Tellumat provides innovative technology, services and solutions in ICT, Defence, Energy, and Transport. We require the services of 2 Project Managers for the Defence & Security division.
Minimum Requirements
Electronic Engineering Diploma/BTech/BEng or related degree
Min 2 Years’ post graduate experience as a Software/Hardware Developer
Code 8 drivers licence
Advantageous
Worked in a Defence or Aerospace environment
Project Management experience
Project Management Diploma or Degree
Competencies/Skills
Ability to lead a team
Problem-solving skills
Ability to lead to achieve deadlines
Self-starter who can work independently as well as in a team
Strong planning, documentation, communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure
Key responsibilities
Initiation, planning, execution, control and closure of all assigned projects
Lead, co-ordinate and drive technical team/s
Resource allocation and management
Risk management and mitigation
Requirements elicitation, elaboration and definition
Investigate and trade-off design options, performance, timescales, cost and risks
Support Continuous improvement of project management and development processes
Financial project planning, reporting and management
