Job description
A super, solid, agency, urgently requires the top-notch services of a traffic assistant to manage the workflow of all Jobs that flow through their frantically busy creative and DTP production facility.
They are looking for an analytic, systematic person with exceptional organisational capabilities who can work well as part of a team and independently.
Use of Chase software is a prerequisite for consideration.
Requirements
- At least two years’ experience as a traffic assistant in an advertising agency
- A good working knowledge of print production
- Ability to proofread and perform quality control checks for graphics
- Experience in using the Chase system
- Excellent time management
- Superb organisational skills
- Initiative
- Attention to detail
- Strong people skills
- Ability to remain super cool under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
