Job description

Responsibilities

• Compilation of statistical data and reports for the training division
• Walking the floor regularly and attending to staff queries as required
• Compilation of productivity reports for trainees on a daily basis
• Collection of and checking of all admin documentation at the end of the day, conducting a quality check and handing documentation into admin on time
• Dealing with all Admin errors as and when they arise
• Ensuring that forms and documentation required are printed and available at all times
• Compiling and printing of weekly target sheets
• Collecting and allocation of all leads to trainees
• Updating training displays hourly (boards and TV displays)
• Providing administrative support in terms of training documentation and processes to help the division run smoothly
• Assisting in brainstorming and carrying out motivational projects and fun days for the sales consultants
• Various adhoc administrative duties as they arise  in the training division

Requirements

• Completed degree
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• Good report writing skills
• Computer literate:  MS Word, Excel, Email, internet
• Two+ years’ relevant / related working experience
