MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diary Management.
- Oversee agreed projects and coordinating activities with the ELT (Executive Leadership Team).
- Coordination and compilation of monthly reports as required from time to time.
- Attending to all correspondence directed at the Directors and draft responses were ever necessary.
- Travel arrangements, including booking of flights, accommodation and car rentals.
- Arrange meetings and take minutes when required.
- Planning of functions and making all the necessary arrangements.
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Delegation of work to Management in the absence of the Executive.
- Managing databases.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
- Group board meeting preparation and organisation.
- Group Sub-committee preparation and organisation including Risk & Compliance, Social and Ethics Committee.
- Adhoc administrative duties.
Educational Qualification
- Office Administration or related Tertiary Qualification
Knowledge and Experience
At least 6 years’ experience in a similar role
Skills and Competencies
- Advanced MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent Communication Skills Both oral and Written
- Professional Conduct and Confidential
- Excellent planning, managing and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to interact at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Have strong administration skills
- Have good ability to grasp business issues
