MAIN PURPOSE:
The role in AFH team would be responsible the control of all bought out products to the AFH Division in terms of Dispensers / Non-Woven Products / Soaps. Responsible for compiling and distributing AFH Sales reports to COO, Business Manager and Channel Managers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Management of FOL Contracts in MFG Pro and reporting thereof to RSM, CM and Reps.
– Forecasting and management of regional stock levels in terms of bought outs.
– Procurement of bought outs and management of the Supply Chain.
– Monthly Reporting and updating of product costs and Supply Chain.
– Update all new incoming contracts on MFG Pro into reporting structure and ensure monthly reports on FOL’s are in place.
– Reporting on progress of all new FOL contracts by checking actual paper sales (QLIKVIEW) against payback and communication thereof to RSM, C/M and Reps.
– Extracting Paper Profitability Report (QLIKVIEW), checking on under performing customers/sales vs FOL and communication thereof to C/MAND Reps, requiring feedback and action plan.
– Advise RSM, CM and Reps three months in advance of contracts coming to an end so that these can be re-negotiated.
– Compiling and distribution of AFH Sales reports on a daily and monthly basis.
Management – Dispensers / Non-Woven / Soap Management
– Administration of all supplier account/payment queries.
– Communication of all dispenser changes and initiatives to other regions.
Procurement – Dispensers / Non-Woven / Soap Management
– Managing the Supply Chain update of stock levels for dispensers and Soaps together with Supply Chain for all regions.
– Placing orders with suppliers and following up thereof.
– Update the bought out Supply Chain model so as to show incoming stocks and possible shortfalls / OOS.
Sales Reporting – Dispensers and AFH Sales
– Compiling Daily Sales Reports and monthly AFH Sales reports and distribution to COO, Business Manager and Channel Managers.
– Preparing Sales reviews for Key customers
– Designing and preparing sales reports for Business Manager and Channel Mangers
– Complete monthly sales report for Bidvest as per customer template
– Managing the costing model on a monthly basis.
– Issue monthly Dispenser Pricelist to RSM, CM and Reps.
– Extracting monthly dispenser sales reports and income statements by regional and distribution thereof.
– Monthly Dispenser Exercise report – proactive analysis of business/
– FOL contracts/profitability; active contracts monthly update; dispenser sales
– YTD for FOL and distribution thereof to CM’s
– Billing of all rental invoices and pulling/compiling of monthly Rental R
FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS
– Matric
– Relevant Diploma
WORK EXPERIENCE
– A minimum of 4 years administrative experience
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES
– Computer literate – knowledge of ERP systems as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and a willingness to learn new software systems and processes
