MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Relevant diploma / degree in Transport Management/ Accounting
- 1 to 2 years basic HR & Payroll experience
- 5 years relevant experience in an Administration Management position in the Transport Industry
Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of planning and organizing resources to optimize productivity
- Very strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of Sage X3 will be an advantage
- Deadline orientated
- Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines as required
Job Specification
Key Performance Areas
- Accounts payable and receivable preparation and capturing
- Compiling Financial reports
- Weekly/ monthly financial forecasts
- Hands-on involvement in all areas of the business not limited to Admin
- Recordkeeping of financial information
- Administration and Filing System maintenance
- Report on Financial Performance and budgetary matters
- Provide ongoing assistance to contract managers
- Reconciles and balances accounts
- Preparing; administering and interpretation of financial information
- Working with financial systems
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Conducting internal administration reviews
- Management of rate adjustments and escalations schedules for invoicing schedules
- Compiling budget requirement reports
- Support , delegating and supervise Admin staff tasks
