INTRODUCTION
Lucerne have a great opportunity at their Durban depot as a Artisan / Diesel mechanic to conduct services on heavy vehicles and some electrical components
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Matric Certificate
- Code 08 Drivers License
- Self motivated and assertive
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience
Skills and Knowledge
- Willing to work 12 hr shifts, nightshifts, weekends and public holidays
- Successfully complete medical evaluation
- Sound knowledge of technical aspects of Heavy vehicles and earthmoving machinery
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
Job Specification
- Conduct services on trucks, yellow equipment and tyre repairs
- Ensure the completion of work as to minimize disruption in production
- Assist with repairs and services to trucks, yellow equipment and tyre repairs
- Attend to breakdowns
