MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Prerequisites

Facilitator
Assessor
Matric or equivalent
Operator Combination Vehicle
Dangerous Goods

Advantageous

1^st Aid
Fire Fighting

Liaise with Customers and address requirements

Must have at least 6 years experience as a driver
Must have some knowledge of the National Road Traffic Act and audit

Job Specification

Responsibilities

Schedule and execute training at contract level in line with academy theory schedule
Liaise with Contract Manager to understand driver profiles through measurement tools
Maintain driver files for contract on learner management system
Ensure accurate and timeous capturing of data onto the system
Coach drivers to improve performance
