MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
Grade 12
Code EC driver’s license
At least 2 years transport dispatch experience
Must be computer literate
Prevoius experience in Fleet Management
Be able to manage and control discipline
Skills and Knowledge
Computer literate (able to create spreadsheets, etc)
Good communication skills (Customer & management)
Strong admin skills
Problem solving abilities
Must be physically fit
Job Specification
Key Performance Areas
Daily KPI reports to Contract supervisor
Ensuring vehicle utilization efficiently
Dispatching of vehicles
Pro-active & have the ability to take initiative
Customer satisfaction
Monthly KPI reports to customer & contract supervisor
Daily trip analysis & loads planned vs delivered
Accuracy of financial reports to contract manager
Reliable & willing to work weekends and shifts
Work closely with operations team to plan daily loads
Daily communication with technical department
Own transport required
