INTRODUCTION
Unitrans Head Office has an exciting opportunity for a HRD Coordinator.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Post matric- industry related/professional qualification
- 3 Years experience in HRD
- Working knowledge of Skills development related legislation, including BBBEE
Skills:
- Customer Centric
- Proven working experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques
- MS Office proficiency
- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork
Job Specification
Key Performance Areas:
- Deliver on Training Plan for allocated regions
- Financial processing on system
- Accurate admin trails for reports and audits
- Bursary Administration
- Implement & adhere to Quality Management System practices
- Monitor Service delivery as per Service Level Agreement
- Work with regional HRD Teams to co-odinate shared interventions
- Preparation of requested reports
- Monitor Training Feedback, resolve and report on results
- Maintain all activities on Learner Management System
- BBBEE/TETA/ Customer Audit trails
- Graduates Programme co-ordination
- Adult Education and Training program co-ordination
- Workplace Exp/Shadowing program arrangements
- Adhoc HRD Related Co-ordination
Incumbent will be based at Kenilworth however required to spend 1 day per week in Killarney at Operational depot.
