We have a vacancy for a Dispacth Supervisor at our contract based in Umbigintwini to ensure that trucks are loaded and truck maintenance is done on time Please view full job spec for more information

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric (Grade 12)
Related tertiary qualification will be advantageos
Computer literate
Experience in routing and scheduling essential
Experience in warehousing operations essential
Understand FIF and LIFO concepts
Experience in ISO and HASAP essential
Good understanding of Batch/Serial tracking/control, POD’s, Housekeeping, stock count
Good communication and people skills
Strong management/leadership skills

Job Specification

Job Discription:

Count stock at the warehouse once per week.
Control drivers and staff
Ensure that trucks are loaded
Ensure truck maintenance is done on time
Route planning/Route effectiveness
Manage 3rd party deliveries
Manage incoming stock from JHB
Understand FIF and LIFO concepts
POD control
ISO and HASAP
Arrange Special Deliveries
Printing of invoices
Product WasteBatch/Serial tracking
Banking
Housekeeping
