University of Johannesburg UJ Refunds Requirements
REFUND REQUIREMENTS
Completed refund forms can be e-mailed to: studentaccounts@uj.ac.za
Refund forms must be completed and accompanied by the supporting documents NO Refund application will be approved with out ALL these documents.
Copy of Student’s ID & Account Holders ID.
Proof of Banking details (a bank statement, cancelled cheque or bank details certified by a bank official)
Copy of Proof of bank payments, reflecting on the student’s statement for 2014 & 2024 or as per requested. (bank deposit slips or internet banking payment confirmations)
In case of tuition fees paid by bursary or a sponsor, a letter from the bursar or sponsor will be required confirming that the credit can be paid to the student.
In case of subject cancellation, the student must provide a letter from the bursar or sponsor confirming that the student may or may not receive the credit.
If the appropriate documentation is not included, your application will be deemed INVALID.
The refund process takes 14 working days.
NO CHEQUES WILL BE ISSUED
