Highbury Media is a large independent magazine publishing company who is seeking to appoint a food assistant to join its experienced and dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Assist junior editor in styling and prop sourcing
- Assisting junior editor during food shoots
- Assist the editor in any day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assist with developing and executing content strategy and recipes
- Prop and ingredient sourcing for shoots
- Collaborate with the team to organise shoots and content
- Enthusiasm to generate food related ideas
- Keep the minutes at monthly brainstorm meetings.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a superior level of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Passionate about food and cooking or food styling/ blogging
- Experience working in a kitchen.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Great follow up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs
- Creative thinking
