ROLE PURPOSE
Provide stakeholders with effective and efficient HR and Payroll administration support according to the required standards and procedures in support of the business strategy.
PERSPECTIVE / OUTPUTS
Financial
- Ensure and contribute to minimisation of general expenses
Client
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Business processes
- Administer various HR processes and ad hoc projects such as but not limited to: Recruitment, selection and placement, on boarding, employee benefits, learning and development etc.
- Update and ensure that all employee and HR records are 100% accurate and up to date
- Compile Ad hoc reports
- Updating various HR documentation
- Payroll administration – full payroll administration from processing through to end of tax year processing and submissions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Matric or equivalent
- Computer Literate
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- SAGE payroll trained
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years’ payroll administration experience
