ROLE PURPOSE
Provide stakeholders with effective and efficient HR and Payroll administration support according to the required standards and procedures in support of the business strategy.

PERSPECTIVE /

Financial

  • Ensure and contribute to minimisation of general expenses

Client

  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Business processes

  • Administer various HR processes and ad hoc projects such as but not limited to: Recruitment, selection and placement, on boarding, employee benefits, learning and development etc.
  • Update and ensure that all employee and HR records are 100% accurate and up to date
  • Compile Ad hoc reports
  • Updating various HR documentation
  • Payroll administration – full payroll administration from processing through to end of tax year processing and submissions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Matric or equivalent
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • SAGE payroll trained

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years’ payroll administration experience
