Highbury Media is a large independent magazine publishing company who is seeking to appoint an invoice clerk to join its experienced and dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Provide sales director with figures with regard to how many times a client booked
- Assist with commissions (when required)
- Send sales manager updated recons when requested
- Reconcile invoice recon to production
- Manager to sign off recon before invoicing
- Debtors/creditors manager to sign off recon before invoicing
- Check sales order, magazine and production recon before processing invoice
- Print report to markup immediately after invoicing (when needed)
- Credit and re-invoice, update invoices with purchase order number
- Pro-forma invoices, monthly inventory invoices, quotations
