A leading marketing company dealing with customised and branded products is in need of a telesales executive to join their dynamic team.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Two years’ sales experience
- Must be bilingual
- Must be target driven and ambitious
- Have the desire to succeed with a positive attitude
- Friendly demeanour
- Have outstanding ability to cold call and prospect new customers
Duties:
- Maintain good rapport with new and existing clients
- Service new and existing customers
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service on a consistent basis
- Communicate with decision makers on all levels
- Ensure high levels of product knowledge at all times
- Quote and follow up on progress of orders placed
- Attend to incoming telephonic queries
