INTRODUCTION
REF: WSD2/UN/Clothing and General Merchandise Department Manager in Training/Gauteng/160117
Location: Division 2 Stores
(Pretoria/Johannesburg/Springs/Mpumalanga/ Limpopo Areas)
Main Purpose:
To attract and grow our customer base, through a customer facing or supportive role and in doing so increase the market share, turnover and profitability. To provide exceptional customer service by ensuring customer care, a world class shopping experience for our customers, to play a role
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for the Customer – establish lifelong relationships with our customers
- Passion for Retail and Selling

- Versatile communication skills
- Proven team leadership skills

Minimum Requirements
- Numeracy and Literacy Skills
- Leadership experience would be advantageous
- Valid Matric Certificate
- Merchant Skills

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
