Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma in Public Administration or Management
- 1-3 years’ experience in the similar environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Controls the administrative requirements associated with the section
- Perform specific activities associated with providing support to the line functions
- Monitor the consolidation, processing and presentation of functional information
- Co-ordinates the administrative dimension associated with the processing of related traffic sections queries and complaints at the call centre
