ATNS Aviation Training Academy (ATA)
The ATNS Aviation Training Academy (ATA) is a unique organisation in terms of the training on offer. Not only do we provide Air Traffic Services and Engineering Training to our staff members, but also provide a wide range of aviation-related and safety-related courses throughout the Continent and into the Middle East.
It is our vision to be a major contributing partner towards ensuring aviation safety in Africa through our training efforts. We are committed to world best practices and undertake to give each client the skills and knowledge to successfully take on the challenges faced by providers of Air Traffic Control and technical services.
The management of the Academy is uncompromising in the maintenance of our Quality Management System in accordance with the relevant Code of Practice, is registered on the National Qualifications Framework, and is the International Air Transport Association (IATA) regional training provider for the AFI region. We employ top-quality instructors and personnel and are proud of our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.
The ATNS ATA was awarded IATA’s Worldwide Top Regional Training Partner since 2011,having also received this award last year. The Academy continues to uphold international training standards.
The ATNS ATA also qualified as IATA’s 2024 Premier Circle Member.
