Who Can Apply
Matriculants who have a minimum of a 60% (50% for meteorological technicians) in: Mathematics and Physical Sciences. General Bachelor of Science graduates with major subjects such as Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Physical Science, Chemistry, Mathematical Statistics, Meteorology or Air Quality-related subjects.
Service Contract
After obtaining a degree/diploma/certificate, the bursar must work for SAWS for a year in respect of each year for which he/she received a bursary, or repay the bursary costs incurred by SAWS.
