Job description
Must have:
- Matric with Maths
- Warehouse manager qualification advantage
- Own car and valid drivers
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written English and Afrikaans
- Credit and criminal record clear – no record please
- Computer literate – MS Office, Excel Advanced, WMS System
Requirements
- Scheduling of cold store operations, optimising operational efficiency, including order picking, goods received, production inputs and outputs, housekeeping, etc.
- Corresponding with all departments (trading /production/logistics, etc.)
- Managing department shifts and personnel workloads
- Managing the cold chain
- Ensuring WMS System and stock integrity
- Assist with logistical planning of company fleet
- Ensure food safety and general housekeeping rules are adhered to
- Staff: – Manage and motivate multiple teams
- Ensure accurate data capturing
- Time management being able to meet deadlines
