The Shift supervisor role provides effective supervision of staff in respect of company policies, procedures and standards on customer service, sales, profit controls and relieve Assistant Restuarant Manager adn Restuarant General Manager when required to do so.
Requirements
Matric qualification
1 year restuarant experience
Certification as Shift Supervisor for internal applicants….
Ability to engage, lead and motivate employees to deliver on specified targets.
Individual must be have flexibility to move between restuarants as per operational requirement
